Katarzyna Szczotarska fashions a strong yet subtle modernist aesthetic which blends masculine and feminine elements in conceptual cuts and unusual detailing.
Szczotarska was born in Poland and arrived in London in 1986 to study English. She then studied fashion design at Middlesex University and London College of Fashion. She launched her own label in 2001, after a solid foundation of a 10-year experience in the fashion industry which included two years as principal assistant to Martin Margiela in Paris.
