Ann Demeulemeester’s first store in Antwerp looks like an artist’s workshop : a raw open space with an unfinished feel. The result is unique and extremely personal.
Seven years later Ann Demeulemeester and her Japanese distributor Orizzonti open a new store in Tokyo. Both stores are designed by Ann and her husband Patrick Robyn. For the Tokyo store D-Brain was in charge with the realization.
The store is located on Omotesando in the recently opened building Omotesando Hills by Tadao Ando. The modern architecture of the building is like an open book that welcomes this poetic soul created inside.
