Alistair Carr graduated from Central Saint Martins College MA Womenswear Fashion Design course in 2003. Carr has developed a distinct and edgy style, using contrasting sources of inspiration.Carr has since been in constant demand with a first collection that generated international press recognition and was heralded as "the star of the show" by the Independent. His MA collection combined 60's couture and sportswear detailing, aimed at a wide market, from luxury to disposable trend influenced fashion. Carr has also built a firm relationship with Harrods after winning its prize for design and innovation, working on designs for their credit card launch.
