text "Antwerp Fashion for Van Dijck" is a range of merchandising products specially developed for the Van Dijck 1999 project. All the articles have a link with Van Dijck and with Antwerp as a leading centre of contemporary fashion design.

The general concept of the fashion project consists in the idea that the designers created a garment, a fashion accessory or an object inspired by Van Dijck and his time.
These designs express, in their various forms, a visionary and contemporary view on the painter's life and work.
There are two groups of fashion items products; firstly, a range of low-budget but smart products and a T-Shirt collection specially created by the fashion students of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp.
