The exhibition stressed the formal experiment on the body and its creative cross-over. This was done on the basis of four positions (BLESS, Honeysuckle Company, Wendy&Jim, Modeklasse der Universität für angewandte Kunst ). Artistic strategies such as performance, quotation and collage were transponed onto the fashion system. The results of the confrontation with the body were simultaneously presented in the former gallery ffwd in Berlin as well as in international fashion magazines, such as, Tokion, iD and Dazed&Confused. The gallery run by Jörg Koch terminated operation in 2002. The ffwd gallery has made way for the 032c workshop which publishes the magazine 032c and the record label Essay Recording.
