The press office 2e Bureau in Paris combines press relations, public relations, event creation, communication consultancy and image design and creation. 2e Bureau was founded in 1984 by Sylvie Grumbach and involves a staff of 15 employees who manage the various fields of activity of the agency: fashion, culture, events and institutional organisations, location hunting and product launching.
