Austrian Simone Springer and Japanese Yuji Mizobuchi are the designers behind the rosa mosa label. Simone Springer graduated from the Academy of Arts, Vienna, Yuji studied Buddhist philosophy in Kyoto and worked in a whiskey distillery. Both got to know one another during their studies at the Cordwainers College in London, where they had enrolled in the courses accessories and footwear design.
The label rosa mosa was founded in the summer 2000. Bags and shoes were exclusively handmade and unique. In spring 2001, they moved to Austria, the spring/summer bag collection for 2002 was created in collaboration with a small manufacturer in Lower Austria.
The products are of premium quality and are internationally sold in small numbers to interested shops.... [more]
