Selection 1: Backstage is conceived as a sample card of the MoMu collection and the exhibition policy. The scenography is by Bob Verhelst, who already collaborated with Linda Loppa in 1999 on the ‘Geometry’ exhibition. In the course of 1999, 2000 and 2001 he realised exhibition projects for, among others, the Museé de la Mode et du Textile and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (UCAD) in Paris, the Musée de la Mode in Marseille, the Musée des Beaux Arts et de la Dentelle in Calais, and more recently the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp.
