· Established as a professional journalist since 1969.
· Worked as a journalist and fashion journalist for several Belgian magazines and the official Belgian broadcasting company, then known as the BRT.
· Was closely involved in starting up the Belgian magazine Flair in 1980 and responsible for its fashion columns until 1997.
· Was co-author of the book ‘Mode in de Lage Landen’ (‘Fashion in the Low Countries’, published by Cantecleer.
· Collaborated on the book ‘Belgian Fashion Design’, published by Ludion.
